Day 123 on Empowering Women to be Healthy and Confident!!!

Good morning my friends...I hope you are all having an amazing day. It feels like the air-conditioner has been turned on full blast. I have a feeling winter is going to try to make an early appearance this year. I hope we all get to enjoy the fall festivities without the snow...

If you think about it, we have detours in all areas of our lives. We plan things to go a certain way and we are always dealing with one detour or another. It shows us that we are never in control and that one thing for sure we can count on is some detour happening.

Every day we are dealing with challenges, it does not matter how small or big they are; challenges meet with us every day. Some of those challenges are awesome and rewarding right out of the gate, and some challenges are heart breaking and we don't see the bigger picture until later. If we start to look at our lives differently and start to roll with the challenges and changes we are going to uncover miracles faster.

It does not matter what we are going through in our lives; our experiences are our own. How we learn to grow and develop through our experiences is the journey that we are truly on. No matter what it is that we are dealing with; if we take one step at a time, or one day at a time or even for some one second at a time we will make it through. The world is so magical and we are all a part of the magic. We just have to start realizing it.

Today be the magic in your life; whatever comes to you today look at all sides of what is happening and take the positive road. I heard a quote yesterday; when something is happening or not going your way say to yourself "Life just through in another Twist...I guess we are going this way". This will help you to realize that we are going on so many paths we don't know or understand, remember that what we gain takes us to fulfill our dreams and our journey.

Day 22 on Empowering Women to be Healthy and Confident!!!

Good afternoon my friends...I hope you all had an amazing weekend. The fall festivities have started and I was busy this weekend at the Huntley Fall Festival. It was an amazing weekend meeting new people and just watching the little kids enjoy making scarecrows along with having their faces painted. The sun was shining and the temperature was perfect. Mostly there was no wind and my tent did not fly away. LOL

This afternoon we have a very important To Do List...

First on the agenda is to love yourself. When you really start to love yourself people are attracted to you. I have experienced people wanting to be around me, helping me with my business along with sharing opportunities with me. It truly is in how you carry yourself and project your energy. People can sense if you are good and loving to yourself, or if you are horrible and hateful to yourself. Loving yourself may be one of the most important things you can do to change your life.

Second on the agenda is to be yourself. Everybody knows when you are not being your authentic self. People can smell out fakeness quicker than you can even blink. YOU are PERFECT!!! Just be YOURSELF! People are around you because of who you are; don't try to change that to fit in somewhere else. Being your true self means that you are sharing your greatest gift to the world and everyone around you. Don't ever try to be something you are not.

Third on the agenda is to shine your light. Don't worry about what is going on around you or if someone in your life doesn't get you. SHINE YOUR LIGHT!!! Never let someone dim or close your light. You have so much to offer and the world is counting on your to shine. If you don't shine, you can't inspire someone else to shine. It is your job to shine as brightly as you can.

Today's To Do List is very simple; if it's hard you are making it hard. Relax and start to be you!!! You owe it to yourself to be the best version of YOU!!!

Day 119 on Empowering Women to be Healthy and Confident!!!

Good afternoon my friends...I hope that you are all enjoying your Friday and gearing up for the weekend. I love this time of year, there are so many things to do on the weekends during the fall season. I love how the fall brings so many families outside doing festive activities and just being with each other.

Today's inspiration really spoke to me this morning. I am in a class right now called Creative Mind and Success and I am learning how God is everywhere including inside us.

We go through so many different experiences in our lives and it is always preparing us for our future. God always has a greater plan that we never understand until it is unveiled when we are ready. When we are in the thick of and experience we can never understand why; we feel that God is not with us...but when we are ready and we look back somehow it all makes sense. It does not take the pain away, but somehow it all makes sense.

When I think about this concept I start to really think about my past, thing that I have gone through that were difficult...even stuff that was good and fun. When I ponder events in my life I realize that everything I had been through has allowed me to be here today in my present life. I think about all the lessons I have learned along with all the great experiences I have had; I can truly appreciate everything I have in my life.

Day 118 on Empowering Women to be Healthy and Confident!!!

Good morning my friends...I hope you are all doing well and having an amazing day. I have to say I really enjoy the fall season; it is my all-time favorite time of the year. I love the way the leaves smell so sweet and the colors are so bright. I love how the air is so crisp; you can almost feel winter is on its way. It truly is amazing.

One thing about the change of seasons you can't ignore it; the seasons will come no matter what. It's like the stuff in our lives; no matter how much we try to ignore it somehow it is always in our face until we deal with it. "What you deny or ignore, you delay. What you accept and face, you conquer." How powerful is that? Think about that for a minute.....

How many times have we tried to hide or ignore our problems and they just would not go away until we dealt with it? I can tell you from my own experience it has been countless times...I still do it thinking I will defeat it this one last time. HAHHAHAHA It never happens; when I finally face my fear then it goes away, but not until then.  I have learned my fears never go away until I do something about them.

What you deny or ignore, you delay.  This is such a powerful but simple statement. We all do this every day in our lives and we are always expecting something different. We are always expecting the problem to go away all by its self. Then when we don't deal with it; we can't figure out why our dreams are not happening for us. It's crazy, it's like we are all stuck on this hamster wheel that will never get us anywhere but we keep trying anyway. Trust me....I am guilty of this all the time. If I would only get off my arse and face my fears life would be so different. But why do I torture myself this way...what is it that I am truly avoiding? This is something to truly ponder, it won't get figured out today, but what I can do is start to face those fears one at a time and read this inspiration when I am avoiding doing something that I know I need to do.

Today I share this inspiration with you because I know I am not the only one on the hamster wheel. I know that I have a lot of friends sharing the wheel will me; but today I am going to take one fear at a time and conquer it. This blog is about Empowering Women to be Healthy and Confident; showing each and every one of you how I do life and what I have learned to get to where I am at is truly my passion. When you get one step closer to your dreams it seems the fears get a little bit stronger and I have to work my muscles a little bit harder. But with all of that, I am so glad that I am where I am at. I have had so many wins in my life leading up to today and I know I have many more in my future.  Right now is one of them, I have just realized a few things for myself and that will get me going for what I am up to for today just by writing this blog.

GOOD MORNING!!!! I hope that everyone is finding themselves safe, happy and healthy!!!

Today just love yourself no matter what. Who cares what happened yesterday, if you fought with someone, if you did not get done what you wanted, or whatever it was for you...JUST LOVE YOURSELF!

Start to create happy thoughts around you. Whatever happens in your day today, just keep thinking happy thoughts. If something does not go your way or someone has said something you did not like turn it around. If it did not go your way it wasn't meant to be there is something greater coming my way. If someone says something you did not like; that must be true for them but it is not true for me. It does not matter what you say or think just make it positive. Once you start to do that you will see how much happier you are and how quickly you start to create miracles in your life.

Day 115 on Empowering Women to be Healthy and Confident!!!

Good evening my friends...I hope that your weekend was amazing and filled with many blessing.

Today I have been feeling compelled to blog about this inspiration. I am always working on myself to be the best version of me I can. Often times I find myself trying to control the situation...but I always find out later that I am never in control. I grow in the direction that I am supposed to, not where I always want to. I hope that made sense.

I surrender to the natural flow of life...what that means to me is that I don't have any control on how life is supposed to happen. I am doing this work on me to be better than I was yesterday; however where to flow will take me is to my true purpose in life. I can't control the flow. I have things that I want in my life, but the flow is in charge and I need to learn to go with it.

I promise myself to be so strong & let nothing disturb my peace of mind...things happen in our lives that sometimes will take our peace. We are always in control of our own peace of mind; however sometimes horrific things happen to us and we lose our way...or maybe the flow will take us somewhere else for a bit. Today I learned of someone young who is an It Works Distributor and she has lost her 1 year old son and her husband in a horrible car accident. In this time of need in her life she is going to have to be the strongest woman on this earth to grieve and be with everything that has happened in these past few days. The flow is going to take her down a path on her journey that she was not expecting. In fact it was not at all what she wanted or even planned for; she will have to dig deep into her inner strength to create her peace of mind. The flow can be very powerful and it is up to us to learn and grow from it no matter how hard the current.

I choose to purify every thought that flows through my mind and the abundant source of positive energy that naturally flows through my heart...This is always a work in progress for me as I am sure for many other people out there. We have our lives and things that occur in them and somehow we need to figure out how to be positive and let our hearts love instead of harden. As the flow takes us to places we were not planning on going we need to see that there is always something for us to learn or do. In times like this it is so hard to see what it is.

I needed to share this with all of you; I don't know the distributor who lost her family so tragically these past couple of days, but my heart aches for her as if she was my own daughter. No matter what is happening in your life right now let it go and learn to go with the flow. Life can be so short for all of us...we never know where the flow will take us.

Day 114 on Empowering Women to be Healthy and Confident!!!

Good morning my beautiful friends...It is Sunday morning and I am not sure what it wants to do outside. I see the sun poke out a bit but then the heavy clouds that looks like rain floats on by. One thing for sure it is really chilly out there; feels like a good sweater day.

As we shift from summer into fall it is a great time to think about the shifts that happen for us in our lives. Sometimes those shifts are big and bold and sometimes those shifts are small.

No matter what it is that you are striving for in your life, allow those shifts to come in. You are going to have big things happening for you and you will think that your life is finally taking a turn. But really it is those little shifts that happen that have the most intention. We always think that the next big thing will change our lives...but does it really? For me, it is a win to let me know I am on track. But what really allows me to know that my life is changing are the little shifts that go on. It's the new behaviors that I have been creating that are changing little by little to make my dreams come true.

When we practice every day our new life as if we already have it...that is when the change takes true effect. It is not different from a professional who has their own practice that becomes great over time. Think about it; a doctor or a lawyer has a practice that they practice every day to be great. When you are making changes in your life to be great you are practicing every day until it sticks and you achieve what your heart desires.

Think about that for today; what changes are you making that are small but making the most impact? Have an amazing day my friends...until we meet again.

Day 113 on Empowering Women to be Healthy and Confident!!!

Good morning my beautiful friends...I hope you are all doing well and rested this wonderful Saturday morning. I just love the cool crisp breeze that is in the air. You can just tell by looking at the sky the seasons are definitely changing.

Today's inspiration caught my eye by the beautiful color...it is almost like a tribute to the beautiful fall colors that are coming our way. Have you ever just thought about how the seasons already know what to do? There isn't an alarm set or anything that would give the season the indication that they are on....you know what I mean? The seasons know when to come in and they know when to leave. Sometimes winter likes to push the envelope but they always know when their time is up.

Our souls are the same way...our soul already has the answers to our problems. When you are in the midst of something you always know what to do...you always get that feeling deep down inside. Whether we listen or not is a whole different thing. But think about that for a minute...

We all have that deep inner knowing in everything that we do. Some of us get that nagging tugging feeling in the pit of our stomach. Some of us will get the goose bumps or our hair will stand on end. Some of us will just know what it is we should do. We need to really start digging deep and start listening to our soul. I am sure once we start doing that our lives will start becoming what we are longing for.

Today start looking deep within yourself for the answers....some of those answers may not be the one you want but you know that they are the ones that will keep you moving forward. Listen to your soul...

Day 112 on Empowering Women to be Healthy and Confident!!!

Hello my beautiful friends; I hope you are all finding yourselves safe and healthy this wonderful Friday night. Again, the weeks are flying by and the fall season is right up on us. The leaves are falling, the bees are crazy busy and the seasonal birds are all starting to leave...the sounds of spring and summer are long gone and the sounds of fall is here.

Today's inspiration is definitely something to think about. Every day we go through our daily lives; most times we are just getting through it. Imagine something happens good or bad and you start to be the student, making ripples in your life. You start to learn a whole new way of thinking and putting things into perspective. Well, right now that is happening to me. I have just spent the last few days really cleaning and organizing my home. My office is an actual office that I would love to spend time in and do what I need. I am learning that in order for my life to work; I have to be willing to let go of old patterns and behaviors that no longer serve me. Quite frankly I don't think they ever really did serve me. LOL...anyway that is what is happening for me right now and I am loving it. I am feeling whole and complete and facing fears that have been staring me in the face for years.

When we learn and start to change our selves we then can become the Drop, the Teacher and the Inspirer. We can start to share our own experiences and help other people to change their lives as well. We can show them the new way of thinking and put new actions into play. Think about that for a minute. Can you imagine actually being the teacher; helping someone to better themselves and change their whole life? It is truly an amazing thought as well as an amazing reality.

I love this blog; mainly because I am going through the stuff and I am sharing my experience and what I have learned so you can be better in your own life. You my friends can do the same thing. Wouldn't it be amazing if we did this all the time for each other; can you imagine how quickly all of our lives could change? It truly is something to really think about.

Hey my beautiful friends...I hope you are all doing very well this evening. I am so excited to share this inspiration.

Today I have come to realize how powerful I am at manifesting things into my life that I did not realize I was actually manifesting. I had signed up for a class that started today; my intention was to become more powerful so I can be better at my business and blogging. But today I realized what I actually signed up for; I have been putting off this education because I did not realize I was good enough for it.

It's amazing how things come into our lives when we are ready for it without us realizing what is happening. I truly am grateful for everything that is happening in my life. I am so grateful to be able to share with all of you.

So here it is; you can have anything you want in your life. When you are ready it will be there waiting for you or it will be there thrusting you into what is your time. Don't fight it my friends...YOU ARE WORTHY to have everything you want in your life. YOU ARE DESERVING to have your life fulfilled with everything you want in your life. YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF to keep going and keep manifesting everything you want. It's all about divine timing and realizing it is your time.

I have been through a lot in my life just as everyone else; I have found that what I have gone through has always been for my highest good. There is not a thing that I would change in my life; I would keep the good, the bad, and the ugly.
