Good Moring, Good Afternoon and Good Evening...no matter where you are in the world I want to welcome you in to today's thoughts.
I just turned 50 and I am feeling amazing. I am realizing more and more that we have our whole lives ahead of us to do whatever we want. We oversee our own lives and no one else. No matter what it is that we want to do, we can do it. The only person that truly stops us is US.
Look at who you are in your life; do you like who you see, or do you wish you could be doing something else? I have always had a burning desire to help people in ways that would immediately leave them feeling great about themselves. It is something that I have always loved doing. It makes me feel so much love for myself when I can do that for another.
What is it that you have always wanted to do? When you think about your desires, do you have a burning desire, a desire that gets you so excited you are ready to jump out of your skin, or if that is what you did for a living you could never be unhappy? Think about how you wake up in the morning and how you go to bed at night...are you grateful and ready to go, or are you dreading and wishing your life was different?
When I started this series of New Beginnings, I was not sure where this would take me. I found myself writing and creating as I have been moving along. I am creating a whole new life for myself at the age of 50. I feel like my life is just beginning. I spent so much time learning and growing, experiencing and forgiving through love, that now I can go in the direction I was meant to go. I wake up grateful and energized ready to go. I go to bed at night feeling fulfilled and excited about all the tomorrows I get to experience.
My life right now is happening in ways that I never thought was possible. As I open my heart and my mind the opportunities are all there jumping into my hands. It's as if my birthday is being celebrated every day, I have never been happier as I am right now.
The wonderful souls I surround myself with daily is what is making my life work. I have so many extraordinary people around me adding to my life, teaching me as I teach them, loving me as I love them and helping me grow to the wonderful woman I am today.
I invite you to start looking at your life as an amazing adventure; no matter what is happening around you. Look at your life with wonderful opportunities to grow along with being a better version of yourself. You will see your life falling into place no matter how many obstacles and challenges you are around. The more you accept and grow, the faster you are headed towards love, joy, and peace.
