I found today’s inspiration very comforting. Over my holiday things did not go according to my plan, and I had to euthanize my beautiful kitten Maisy. There were some unfortunate events that occurred and my poor girl was hurt so bad, we could not save her.
I find myself devastated, deeply saddened and there is not a day that I don’t shed tears for her. However, reading today’s inspiration allows me to see how far I have come in my life. During this terrible time, my automatic response is coming from a place of love and not putting blame anywhere; not even myself.
When we go through tough times, we have an opportunity to dig deep into ourselves and show others who we are, what we are made of. I am so proud that I am not allowing this experience to just give up. Maisy is teaching me so much, even from the other side. She knows how much I love her, and I know how much she loves me.
I got a call yesterday from someone who needed my help; I agreed to see her and give her a reading. She had no idea what I had been through, but I was able to help her get clarity for her own life and move forward powerfully. I was able to put my own despair aside and do what I do best, and help people feel great about themselves. I was so grateful for her call and the reward I received in return was GREAT.
When we go through hardships, it is not to make us hard, but to make us softer. We need these experiences to show others what we are truly made of. The experiences we have throughout our lives will give us the tools we need to help others in our present day and future.
Look at the bigger picture of your own situation; what is it around the situation you are to discover about yourself? Who are you really in any given situation? How do you treat others when you are going through something tough?
You will find when you stop being the victim of your life, you will see all the wonderful things you are made of, including all the opportunities that are waiting for you to grab them. As always, I don’t take anything lightly; no matter the situation, there is always something to grow from.
My dear souls start to look at your life and your experiences as opportunity to learn and grow. Don’t become angry and jaded, you will find your life will get worse if you play in that puddle.
May your day be amazing and bright.
