Day 88 on our weight release journey!

Here we are on day 88...anyone who is following knows that this is not always easy.  We find ourselves growing all the time when we are overcoming hurdles on our journey.  I love this quote, because it rings true for me in many ways.  I am always facing challenges in my life.  It is not only with my weight and self image, but what I stand for as well.  Being a woman in this day in age is so different from our parents...and can be the same.  There are so many women out there who are not living their dreams or even know that they can dream.  I have come through a lot in my life and I will always continue to strive to be the best that I can be.  I will always be a stand for women who are afraid to use their voice.  When I am a stand for something to important I can be a blessing for some and a pain for others.  I will stand very tall for women looking and feeling confident no matter what.  I will always stand tall and be very loud for you.  It is so important for all of us to stand together.  There are still too many women who feel that they don't have any power or beauty.  It saddens me more than I can say.  So no matter how hard things may be for you right now or maybe you feel like you don't matter.  Always stand tall and face your fears or conflict straight in the face.  You will prevail and become the most beautiful confident women you will be honored to know.
