So here we are. I have to admit, I am missing the daily tips. I miss not having something that I can think about throughout the day and put into practice. So, let's try something else. Louise L. Hay is someone who has reinvented her entire life when she was in her 60's. She is an amazing woman who wrote "You can Heal Your Life". It allows you to put your life into perspective and use affirmations to keep your heart and your mind open. Here is one of the affirmations that Louise L. Hay wrote..."In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole, and complete, and yet life is ever changing. There is no beginning and no end, only a constant cycling and recycling of substance and experiences. Life is never stuck or static or stale, for each moment is ever new and fresh. I am one with the very Power that created me, and this Power has given me the power to create my own circumstances. I rejoice in the knowledge that I have the power of my own mind to use in any way I choose. Every moment of life is a new beginning point as we move from the old. This moment is a new point of beginning for me right here and right now. All is well in my world". That leaves you with a lot to think about in the day. So what I will do is take a little bit everyday from the book "You Can Heal Your Life", by Louise L. Hay, and as we are continuing to make the changes in our life, we can learn to really appreciate what we are doing and really love ourselves. If you would like to follow along, please go and purchase the book. You can get it online or any book store. You will be grateful that you did.
So today let's ponder that affirmation from Louise, and tomorrow we will dive into the book. As we are changing and shaping our health and our bodies, we will be changing and shaping our minds and how we think about ourselves. I think this will help us keep on track.
I do have to say one more thing....we are on day 41. We have been plugging away everyday on ourselves. We need to give ourselves a huge hug and be proud of what we have accomplished already. Even though I went crazy yesterday, I was honest with you, I am going to go and walk about 3 miles this morning and get back on track. I have never felt so good about myself. I will continue to love and think positive thoughts.
Have a great Sunday!!! Tomorrow is picture day and weigh in...I am not going to get crazy if the scale went up...I will work even harder this week. Chat with you tomorrow!!!
