Day 365 on our weight release journey!!!

Good morning everyone!  I can't believe it has been 1 year today since this blog was started and we have been on this journey.  I started out at 230 lbs. and I am down to 208 lbs.  I had lost and gained throughout the process about another 20 lbs.  I am forever grateful to be at 208 lbs.

This is what this blog has been all about.  Helping myself and women across the world be confident in who we are as a whole no matter what shape or size we are. 

Look at all the miracles you have seen and created through this whole process.  My miracle is that I am 208 and not 230...I am at a size 16 and not at a size 20 or 22 pending on the clothes.... 

This blog has been so amazing for me.  I can't even express all that I have learned about myself.  I have become such a confident women in everything that I do.  I can truly say that I absolutely love my whole self.  I can say that this journey has been a life changing experience for me, and I hope it has been for all of you out there reading this blog.

Tomorrow we are starting a new year on a new journey....It will be called Day 1 on Empowering Women to be Healthy and Confident.  So take today and enjoy every bit of your success and tomorrow starts a whole new chapter.
