I hope that everyone had an amazing Mother's Day yesterday. I know that I am truly blessed with my family and it has been a long time coming. When I finally let go of how it should all look, I can really appreciate and love my family...and with that I was truly blessed yesterday.
I came across this inspiration today and it really hit home for me. My weight has been going up and down like crazy....I saw some pictures from October of 2013 and I could not believe how beautiful I looked, and I remember just seeing the weight I still had to get off. It amazes me at 45 years old I still don't see my beauty and I bet that many of you out there reading this blog do not see your beauty as well.
It does not matter how much we weigh, what size clothes we wear; what matters is how we see ourselves. Once we start looking at our whole selves, not just what is on the outside but what is truly on the inside, only then will we see pure beauty and so will everyone around you. I felt beautiful yesterday, I feel beautiful today, and I will continue to feel beautiful, because God made me and all of YOU BEAUTIFUL!!!
Sometimes we are the worst person to ourselves; we will say the cruelest things to ourselves....once we believe we are beautiful everyone around us will believe. Today start saying the kindest and most loving words to yourself. Nobody cares if you are a size 0, 10, 14, 18 or even 22 or higher...no one cares...what they care about is how happy you are and how blessed they are that you are in their lives.
Love yourself today my friends. Have an amazing day...until we meet again.
