Recently I have found myself dealing with something that I have never wanted in my life; something that I have no control over and I have to sit back and watch things unfold and only be there for support. It is one of the hardest things that I have to do is watch my child learn from a mistake that will change his life for quite some time. It breaks my heart.
The inspiration that has come to me today is so fitting. When we surrender, we allow the universe to work its magic; we say yes to infinite possibilities; we trust that things will work out as they are meant to; and we give ourselves permission to let go of the outcome. This can be liberating, intimidating, blissful, scary, and a swirl of so many other emotions. But in the end, if we are true to our heart, life unfolds with magnificence...and we get to celebrate. If I really take this in and absorb what it is saying, I take comfort in the situation that is coming up.
This can apply to all of us. Everyday we come up against all kinds of things, sometimes those things are not ours but someone who is very close to us. Sometimes it is hard to see the positive side of things when you are wrapped up in the horror of it all. But if we truly let go of the outcome; really allow whatever is to happen, happen; things just might turn out for the best. It's a crazy thought, but what I am learning is things are not always as bad as we make it out to be.
If we could just take a step back, breathe and let the pieces fall where they may...then everything will make sense. But we need to have faith that no matter what, everything always works out for our highest good. Let today's blog really soak in; no matter what you are dealing with and no matter how scary it may look; have faith that it will all work out for your highest good. I am going to take this inspiration and soak it in so that I may be a positive support system for my child to get through a very tough time. He will know that no matter what he goes through and that in some crazy way, this has happened for a reason; that reason will work out for his highest good.
Until we meet again my friends...
With all my love...Rita
