Today's quote is something to really think about and decide what it is that you want in your garden. The journey that we are on could be the garden of your body and or the garden of your mind. It truly is the same. When we are making changes to our lives we are truly creating beautiful gardens within ourselves.
In order for us to create a beautiful garden on our bodies we need to change our minds...When we are changing our minds we are creating beautiful gardens. It truly is up to us. We can plant seeds of flowers or we can plant seeds of weeds.
For me planting seeds of flowers and beauty is for me. It can be a lot of work but in the end all you will have is beauty. It takes a lot to keep away from the weeds and the negative thinking. When we stay positive as much as possible things really start to change for you. When you are negative things don't go as well. Right now I am battling the negativity. I had been sick with an asthma attack and I have been on a very large dose of steroids. My mindset has been awful...the past week or so, I didn't even want to be around myself. What I have noticed as things have not been quite going my way, opportunity was there, but because of how I was feeling it did not fully go my way. We are all human...we are going to have our good days and our bad days. It is what we do that will make the difference. I am sharing this, because I want you to know I go through the same things as everyone else. I am not perfect, and I definitely have my bad days. But I try to bounce back as quickly as I can. I will share with others I am not myself so that I can stay clear of anything that may not be in my best interest. I never want to be responsible for hurting another because of how I am feeling.
The holidays are coming....what type of garden to you want to plant. Think about it; pick your seeds very carefully. You will be grateful that you did. Turn a deaf ear to anything that you perceive as negative....stay away from crabby patties. If you have people around you who only talk about the bad stuff that is happening, walk away. It's okay to do that, you don't want to get trapped in another person's mud puddle. Create your garden to be full of beautiful colors that are vibrant and the fragrance is exillerating. Smile like you just got the best gift in the world and no one can take away that happiness.
Have fun planting your garden, I can't wait to see it....until we meet again.
