Good morning my friends...I hope you are all finding yourselves well...
Have you ever noticed how we put people on petal stools...as if they are not really human?
Have you ever looked up to someone so much that you forgot that they are actually human?
One thing about people and relationships is that we are all human; we all make mistakes. Sometimes we find ourselves putting the other person at such a high standard we don't even realize it; when they make a mistake we are devastated.
It happens in many relationships. I know for myself I put professionals at a high standard such as doctors, lawyers, police officers, teachers....I think you get it; I forget that they too are human. I get so disappointed when they fall, I can't believe the truth of what happened. It's kind of a complicated thought but I lose all respect and lose trust.
The reality of it all is we are all equal; no one person is better than another...we just have different jobs. We all make mistakes that we learn from; however we do get to chose who stays in our life and who goes. Sometimes people have to be pushed off the stool to show us whether or not they are to be in our lives. In most situations it is time for that person to go; we have learned what we needed to move on.
Be brave and know that every person is supposed to be in our life...what we need to be smart about is the length of time they get to stay in our life.
