Hello my friends....I have just realized we have completed 5 months of our 12 month journey. What an amazing accomplishment this has been.
This quote speaks volumes...consider who it is you have become in these past 5 months...then look back at when you first started. We have done some incredible work on ourselves. No matter where you are on your journey, there are changes you have made to make it this far. I am so proud of myself and every one of you who have taken this trip with me.
There really isn't much to say here other than WE ARE AMAZING!!!! I started out today with a headache and some challenges in my life today, but when I sat down to really do the math on the amount of days....I HAVE A HUGE SMILE ON MY FACE. Have my challenges gone away, NO, has my headache disappeared, NO....BUT WE HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 5 MONTHS!!!! This is something to really celebrate!
