| This video is amazing...my girlfriend Jaime Kuhn shared with on her Facebook page and I felt like this song encompasses what this blog is all about. We are so beautiful in our own skin and it is so hard for us to realize it. We look in the mirror and judge; then we proceed to cover ourselves us with make-up, lashes and hair extension or wigs. It is time that we start loving ourselves for who we are and not what society thinks we should be. We are beautiful on the inside and out.
