On a serious note...think about it, where are you? Half glass full or empty... I think that this quote is really good to ponder. Most times I am half full...however when things get to be too much for me to handle I am a glass half empty. I find I get wrapped up in the negative part of it which will through off my entire game in life. Being able to recognize it as soon as possible is the key. I have big hopes and dreams. I am working so hard to achieve a lifestyle for my family so that we can live life and explore. But in doing that, there are still things that I need to do before I am well on my way to my dreams. That is what keeps me half empty sometimes. I am not always patient, and the situation I find myself in is not the most desirable. When I see particular quotes, it helps me to keep my chin up and move forward.
We are all on many important journeys. What is it that you do to keep your chin up and moving forward? What are you doing to take that next step? Writing helps me get my head back in the game so I can focus. Right now I am feeling pretty good and excited about my next step.
Thank you all for following....You are ALL an inspiration for me. Have a fantastic day!!! Until we meet again.

•1/2 cup natural peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)
•1/4 cup coconut oil
•3 tablespoons cocoa powder (or cacao)...
•2 tablespoons honey (optional to taste)
•1/2 easpoon vanilla extract
•pinch salt (only if using unsalted peanut butter)
Add all ingredients to mixer and mix until just combined.
Scoop mixture into a parchment paper lined dish or into silicon molds. The
size of the dish will affect the thickness of the fudge so use a smaller
pan/container if you want thick chunks and larger pan for thin fudge.
Top with sliced almonds, chocolate chips, shredded coconut, or whatever else
you'd like.
Freeze for 30-60 minutes (or until firm). Remove from
freezer and cut fudge into squares of whatever size you'd like. Return to
freezer until ready to eat.
I found this on Facebook from beYOUtiful and tried it last night. It was amazing! I used the powdered peanut butter, less fat and calories. Enjoy it!!!
