I help you discover your own hidden power by being the flashlight shining bright on your greatness so you can discover your greatness for yourself. I use my own experiences that I have learned from along with the training that has allowed me to set myself free and help to set others free on their journey. I have learned to face situations head on regardless of the fear; I practice this every day. When you put into practice facing your fears, you become stronger in your life; this is a skill that I have become quite successful in. With my guidance you can start to uncover the fear and start living into your own power.

I continually attend seminars and classes to keep updated on new ideas and philosophies. I have given my time to help the homeless and aids patients with Chiropractic along with going on mission trips to the Dominican Republic. I am a Radio Show Host "Just Rita Real Talk" and I am the President of the Home Owners Association in my Community.
My goal is to help YOU get out of your own way, teach YOU to ask the right questions to YOURSELF so that YOU can live and EXTRAORDINARY LIFE!
